Abstract

                This is the survey study on health status of 6 Asian countries, i.e. Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam.  All these countries had their own survey team and also used the same questionnaire which they had established together at the workshop in Thailand.  The questionnaire include 7 aged-groups and 7 factors.  The results show that all six countries still had some problems on sanitary around living place; food habit on healthy food in some aged-groups, having sex at early age without protection, health care system, immunization coverage, maternal and child health, exercise coverage and physical check up.  So some of these problems need the decision from policy level and the rest should be community participation and creation.
